Josh Bergeron (b. 1978, Seoul, South Korea) is an American photographer whose work examines how people inhabit public space across different social, cultural, and geographic contexts. Working primarily in color, his practice moves between long-term projects and open-ended street photography, often focusing on movement, labor, and the subtle structures that shape collective life.
Bergeron’s work has been exhibited internationally and is held in the permanent collections of institutions including Miami University, Indiana University, UC Berkeley, the University of Denver, and the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. His photographs have appeared in publications such as The Huffington Post, Reader’s Digest, Fraction Magazine, and Street Sweeper Magazine.
